The position

Due to continued expansion we are looking to strengthen our team with a field sales executive covering Emilia-Romagna/Toscana. The right candidate will be based along the A1 highway, ideally between Parma and Bologna and will be expected to cover the entire regions.


The responsibilities

  • Understand the organisations target market, customers and product offerings
  • Execute the necessary daily activities as set forth by management, including phone calls, emails and visits at a high quality to meet your monthly goals
  • Identify opportunities, generate interest, qualify, educate, and develop new opportunities
  • Nurture and manage self-generated and referred leads until resolution
  • Identify decision makers and company goals
  • Work together with our internal team to maintain customer relationships

 

Minimum qualifications and attributes

  • Two years field sales experience with technical products
  • Effective tele-marketing skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and telephone skills
  • Technical aptitude and/or experience in an industrial/technical environment
  • Excellent record of customer service and customer satisfaction
  • Quick learner and self-starter with an entrepreneurial work ethic
  • IT proficient with MS office suite and CRM experience
  • Clean driving license
  • Spoken and written English


Desirable experience

  • Field sales of technical products within the machine and automation industry
  • CAD software, especially Autocad
  • Spoken and written Swedish
